All topics and presentations are subject to selection by a committee. Presentations should be educational and not promote a business (except for content credits and a brief speaker bio). If further promotion of a business is desired, please contact kondracek@txcpahouston.cpa for sponsorship information.

TXCPA Houston and TXCPA Houston Foundation are non-profit organizations and do not offer compensation to conference or seminar speakers. Thank you.

22.SESSION ROOM EQUIPMENT

The audio-visual equipment provided in the educational session rooms on-site includes:
- One standing, lighted podium with microphone.
 -Wireless microphones available for each speaker
- One LCD projector.
- A minimum of one screen. (Subject to room size and set-up.)
- One laptop computer with presentation preloaded. (Please note: Special arrangements for internet access or audio hookups may be added at the speaker’s expense and coordinated through TXCPA Houston's Audio-Visual company.)
- Clicker

I understand that if selected, the above equipment will be available in the assigned session room. All speaker requests for additional equipment will be considered, but may not be approved.
