Admissions Committee - Investigates qualifications of prospective members according to Club’s guidelines

Family of Rotary - Contacts fellow Rotarians to acknowledge major events in their lives – illness, death, marriage, birth, etc.

New Member Introductions - Introduces new members to the Club during weekly meetings

New Member Orientation - As needed, provides orientation on Rotary polices and principles to new members

Membership Development - Promotes recruitment within the Club; invites prospective members to meetings

Program Committee - Secures speakers for weekly meetings

Public Relations/Social Media - Notifies news media of prominent weekly speakers and special Rotary events

Meeting Service (All - Luncheon Ticket, Sergeant-at-Arms, Visitor Registration)

Luncheon Ticket - Distributes/sells luncheon tickets during weekly meeting

Sergeant-at-Arms - Provides assistance to Rotarians & guests during meetings – finding seats, guiding visitors, closing doors

Visitor Registration - Greets and registers visitors to the Club

Social Committee - Organizes fellowship opportunities for the Club

Retention & Engagement - Uses various methods to reach out to members to promote retention and engagement

Arts Committee - Plans programs, socials and service project related to the arts (part of program committee)

Diploma Plus Admin - Reviews and coordinates high school scholarship applications, reviews scholarship process, awards scholarship recipients

Kingdom for Kids - Builds playgrounds at disadvantaged schools

Norman Vestal Scholarship - Coordinates with local schools to distribute/collect applications for agribusiness scholarships

Don Strange Diploma Plus Party - Coordinates annual fundraiser for Diploma Plus Program

YEF Fundraiser - Fundraiser for YEF Scholarships

Community Service Projects - Help plan monthly Service Projects.

Rotary Day SA - Plans this annual event to bring Rotarians throughout the district together for a day or service.

Snack Pak 4 Kids - Weekly delivery of prepared packs to students at Dorie Miller Elementary and M.L. King Academy.

Ice Rink - Helps promote and coordinate Rotary Ice Rink

Rotary Means Business (RMB) / Member Networking- Develop opportunities to promote networking within the club

Youth Mentoring - Coordinate mentoring program within Diploma Plus program

International Affairs (Formerly - World Community Service - Handles all grants with RI, promotes RI Foundation programs, plans International socials.

Central Catholic Interact - Coordinates with school’s faculty advisor and students to facilitate operation of the Interact Club (co-Chairs: Andrew Koch & Pete Van de Putte)

Providence Interact - Coordinates with school’s faculty advisor and students to facilitate operation of the Interact Club (co-Chairs: Charlotte Mitchell & Vanessa Van de Putte)

Sam Houston Interact - Coordinates with school’s faculty advisor and students to facilitate operation of the Interact Club (co-Chairs: Tracey Groomes & Stephanie Garguilio)

Trinity Rotaract - Coordinates with school’s faculty advisor and students to facilitate operation of the Rotaract Club (co-Chairs: Charlie Wasser)
