The Academy of the Sacred Heart is very interested in learning about the type of adult classes and enrichment activities you would like offered before and/or after school hours.

Your participation will allow us to tailor programs to your interests. This survey will take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

The survey is divided into the following sections: demographics,art, music and literary activities; technology; health,fitness and wellness activities,service and environmental activities.
