2026 Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help with the Vietnam Travelilng Memorial Wall exhibit! Please complete the below form for each individual working with you. Please note that all Lakeside volunteers need to complete a background check before volunteering and volunteers for this exhibit must be 18 years of age or older. After signing up, we will be in touch with additional information on completing the background check and details about your volunteer assignment. Thank you!

2.Please provide your legal first and last name as they appear on your driver's license (this will be used to initiate your background check).(Required.)
3.Did you complete a volunteer background check with Lakeside in 2025 or 2026? If you're unsure, let us know and we can check. (Background checks are valid for five years.)
4.Load In & Load Out (20 volunteers are needed for each, refreshments and lunch are provided)
5.Thursday, May 28 Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
6.Wednesday, May 27 Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
7.Friday, May 29 Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
8.Saturday, May 30 Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
9.Sunday, May 31 Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
10.Monday, June 1 Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
11.Do you have any concerns or limitations with performing certain tasks? Ex: lifting, kneeling, walking long distances, etc.
