Industry Innovation and Technology Award: Development of innovative products or services within the subsea sector demonstrating market penetration and growth.
Industry Collaboration Award: Recognises exemplary collaboration between a company or industry body and at least one other organisation, resulting in the delivery of improved service or product demonstrated in the Australian market.
Emerging Talent Award: Individual with less than four years industry experience who demonstrates technical and commercial ability within the work environment. Nominations will only be accepted from colleagues/superiors.
Diversity & Inclusion Award: Recognises either an individual, organisation, or Company which has demonstrated a positive impact in supporting Diversity & Inclusion consistent with SEA’s D&I Pillars.
Australian Subsea Exporter Award: In recognition of a company with international success in exporting Australian subsea technologies and/or capabilities.
Company of the Year Award: Companies nominated for other awards will be automatically entered. Subsea Energy Australia welcome other companies to nominate, displaying their commitment to local content.
Evaluation criteria and judging panel:
Evaluations will be reviewed by a nominated member of the SEA Committee and a summary compiled for the judging panel.
Three eminent industry professionals have been selected as judges by SEA. Together they represent key aspects of the subsea sector including academia, operations, contracting, commercial and government.
Timeline:
• 10 August to 14 Sep 2020: Nomination period
• 15 Sep to 12 Oct 2020: Judging process
• 16 October 2020: Awards function

Confidentiality Notice:
SEA takes confidentiality very seriously. All submissions and score sheets will be handled confidentially and only by the SEA evaluation committee and judging panel. Individual scores are only given to employers and employers will only be identified as participating according to what they have selected within the Participation Details document.
Applicants shall submit 2 forms of nomination; one which can be shared publicly and another not for distribution outside the evaluation and judging team.
In terms of your submissions, we are happy to provide a Confidentially Agreement and do so for many organisations participating.
