SSBL (Saturday Softball League) is a 501(c)3 organization and is host of the 2009 Gay Softball World Series tournament, bringing 4,000 players from across North America to Milwaukee Labor Day week. This unique art experience leverages the unprecedented excitement and anticipation of the LGBT and supporting community toward the Gay Softball World Series. The event will combine a unique venue, unparalleled display of art, a coalition of galleries and independent artists and a highly targeted list of affluent art patrons, LGBT supporters, non-profit board members, business owners and executives.

We are seeking a variety of interesting original pieces of art including paintings, sculpture (both indoor and outdoor), mixed media, photography, etc...
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: We are seeking a donated item for the silent auction with 100% of the proceeds benefiting SSBL. Optionally, you can also either partially donate another item to the silent auction (you receive 75% of sale price), or feature an item with a commission amount (determined by you) to be paid if it sells.
BENEFITS: You will receive exposure to a broad audience of affluent individuals and active art patrons. All donations are tax-deductible.

PROMOTION: 3,000 print invitations as well as thousands of e-mail invitations are being sent to the board members and supporters of the sponsor organizations. In addition, the event is being promoted via social media, with more than 300 attendees expected.
