Homeownership Assistance Fund Survey

The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF), was established under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021. HAF was established to address financial hardships associated with the coronavirus pandemic by providing funds to eligible homeowners to prevent mortgage delinquencies, defaults, or foreclosures. HAF also helps prevent loss of utilities, loss of home energy services, or displacements of homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020.

The Sac and Fox Nation and the Sac and Fox Housing Authority must provide data about the targeted homeowners and homeowners with income less than 150% of your area median income. The information you provide will allow us to create a program that will assist us in maximizing available funds to best meet the needs of our tribal members.
