Who is Philadelphia Legal Assistance? 

Philadelphia Legal Assistance (PLA) provides free civil legal services to low income individuals and families in Philadelphia. PLA is committed to ensuring fairness in the civil justice system for the most vulnerable members of our community and addressing systemic inequities that foster intergenerational poverty.

What is this survey for?
Every few years, we survey our community about what problems they think we should be addressing and about ways we can improve our services. We use the survey results to set priorities and make important changes in our program. As social services providers, your input is vitally important. We would appreciate if you took just a minute to complete the following questionnaire so that we have the perspective of other providers of social services and community programs in Philadelphia.
