Ketamine is a fast-acting general anesthetic that is increasingly being used by law enforcement to sedate people. It's side effects include severe confusion, hallucinations, loss of bladder control, and shallow breathing. Studies show that 30% or more of patients given ketamine can require hospitalization and a breathing tube. In some cases like that of Elijah McClain, the drug can be fatal.

But not enough people know that law enforcement are using this drug. By collecting your personal stories, we hope to shed light on this disturbing trend.
