This questionnaire, which takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete, aims to explore the methods used to create sustainable culture change. The information you provide will not only increase awareness of leadership practices related to culture change but also offer insights into opportunities for growth in various areas, such as family, workplace, community, and church.
