Introduction:
Thank you for your use of “California Streaming” (www.californiastreaming.org), the Kern County Superintendent of Schools on-line media library with thousands of standards-based video, audio and still resources. In our continuing effort to improve the quality of the California Streaming library of instructional media as well as the user support services we provide, please accept this invitation to participate in the following evaluation. This survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete, and will provide valuable feedback to guide us in the development of California Streaming.
Confidentiality: All data related to this survey will be kept confidential. This online survey is an encrypted, secure and password protected system. Data from this survey will only be presented in aggregate format so as to protect the confidentiality of participants. Unless authorized by consent, access to individual results will be strictly prohibited.
