ABOUT THE SURVEY

For more than thirty years, the AFIRE Investor Survey has gathered the opinions of AFIRE’s members—representing almost 175 organizations from 23 countries, with approximately US$3 trillion in assets under management (AUM)—to construct a useful tool for investors, regulators, and the media to understand the goals, challenges, and impacts of international investments on US real estate opportunities.

Each new AFIRE survey report builds on our previous research findings, and this new Q1 2024 survey will continue that conversation. (Go here to download the most recent report from Q3 2023.)

All AFIRE member and guest respondents are invited to respond.

There are a total of 22 questions in this survey. Estimated completion time is 15-25 minutes. The questions cover topics, trends, and investment outlooks for the year ahead.

Please answer each question to the best of your knowledge. For questions with dollar amounts or percentages, approximations are acceptable.

The survey will close on Thursday, February 8, 2024. Thank you in advance for your important contribution.
CONFIDENTIALITY

This survey is being conducted independently by AFIRE. All responses provided will be strictly confidential and reported at an aggregate level and by other relevant profiling information provided in the survey to arrive at a consensus on these issues. Your individual responses will not be attributed to you.
COMPLETING THE SURVEY

It is best to complete the survey in one sitting, as survey responses are not saved until you reach the final screen and "Done" button at the end of the survey.
