The Stanislaus County Office of Education is preparing to submit a request for the Education for Homeless Children and Youth Grant Program for 2021-2024.  As part of the grant program, we are conducting a needs assessment to determine barriers that exist for children and youth experiencing homelessness. 

Please read each item carefully, then check the response for each item which best reflects your perception.  Rate each item based on your awareness of the current experiences of homeless children and youth in our area.
