*4.TERMS & CONDITIONS — I have read the ehomes Zillow Preferred Program Terms & Conditions (attached to the email). Check every box to confirm you understand and agree. All boxes are required.(Required.)

1. PARTICIPATION — Participation is voluntary. These terms supplement, and do not replace, my ehomes Independent Contractor Agreement and the ehomes policy manual.

2. LEAD ALLOCATION — Lead flow is allocated by performance, not tenure. Zillow keeps calling until I accept my requested monthly volume, so I will use self-pause rather than let calls go unanswered. Leads are the property of ehomes — assigned, not owned.

3. MY ZILLOW PERFORMANCE STANDARDS — Set by Zillow, not ehomes: pCVR 4% or greater; Pickup Rate 25% or greater; 100% of my ZHL pre-approval target; and an active Follow Up Boss account with calling (60 days for new agents).

4. EHOMES INTERNAL TARGETS — ehomes sets targets above the Zillow floor: 1 escrow per 20 leads (5%), and picking up every connection every time, including weekends.

5. SYSTEMS — All calls and texts on my FUB line; my FUB number is the phone number on my Zillow profile; all client emails shared into FUB for coaching and training; forms and stages current. Activity not logged in FUB earns no performance or conversion credit.

6. ZILLOW HOME LOANS — I will introduce financing early with a warm three-way introduction to ZHL. The client always chooses their own lender, and no client is ever required to use ZHL.

7. CONVERSION CREDIT — Tier and compensation credit goes solely to the agent holding conversion credit in Premier Agent. Commission splits do not divide or transfer tier credit, and BBL points cannot be split. Disputes must be resolved through my growth partner before closing.

8. TRAINING AND COACHING — Required Zillow Academy courses; ZHL new agent training if I am newly onboarded or in Low status; weekly pipeline reviews. Role-plays are not required unless assigned by my Growth Partner.

9. LOW STATUS — Agents in Low status do not receive new leads. I can exit Low status at any time by improving conversion behaviors, and I will receive written notice of any change to my status.

10. COMPLIANCE — Fair Housing, TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules, California DRE requirements, and ehomes policy apply. Zillow consumer data is confidential and stays inside ehomes systems, during and after my participation.

11. CHANGES — ehomes may update these terms in writing as the program evolves, and continued receipt of Zillow leads constitutes acceptance.
