1) Describe how “adaptive design” empowers families and activates communities and list several low cost adaptive design initiatives that have a global reach
2) Discuss issues related to liability and vetting of adaptive designs
3) Define information sharing and crowd-sourcing models that promote design innovation
4) Discuss public policy and community health implications of the “Adaptive Design” approach
