Family Survey about Hybrid Learning: Middle Schools

Introduction

Berkeley Unified’s Board of Education has voted to approach reopening in a phased and very deliberate manner, though no dates have yet been approved by the Board of Education for reopening middle and high schools. Although our county has moved into "purple" designation in which we are not permitted to reopen schools, we continue to prepare for changing conditions by developing reopening plans. As the district enters negotiations with labor partners, having your voices in the room is critical.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback on both our assumptions in designing a model, and also a sample hybrid-learning model.
