The Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council (KCMHC), and Real World Learning are hosting an event to raise awareness around the variety of career opportunities available in health care, what the requirements are, courses students should take while in middle/high school, career paths, and what they can expect to make as healthcare professionals.

What students will learn:
Interactive: Every stop along the pathway to explore careers should allow students to actively participate in exploration activities.
Build Connections: Employers, post-secondary educators and intermediaries will be there to help students decide their pathway.
Start a Path: Help students leave with a next step in mind as well as an “end goal” of where they want to go (even if that is just further exploration).

Who should attend?
Middle and High School Students (Grades 6 – 12)
