Welcome to the 2026 AICM Membership Survey

The results of this survey will help us identify what we are doing well and areas where we can improve your member experience.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
For every survey completed, there will be $5 donated to the Education Foundation, and furthermore, you will be in the draw to win one of 5 $100
retail vouchers.

Your responses will remain confidential; however, you do not have to provide your details at the end of the survey if you wish to remain anonymous.

Please note however, that if you wish to enter into the retail voucher draw, we will need your contact details in order to give you a voucher if you are one of the prize winners.
