Oregon Promise Students:
As a part of your ongoing eligibility for the Oregon Promise program, you are required to participate in a minimum of 6 pre-approved events or activities over the course of the academic year. We encourage you to do a few each term in order to not have too many left to do at the end of the year, but you have the flexibility to complete the 6 events as you choose.
In order for you to receive credit for participating, you must complete this Event Participation Form for each event or activity, and submit it in a timely manner following your participation. We reserve the right to deny credit for participating in an event or activity if your submission is incomplete.
Responses to each event question must be at least 3 sentences long. Please take time to answer the questions thoroughly! If you need more information or have questions or concerns, please contact Joseph Maurer at maurer@klamathcc.edu.
