NOTE: Packages have been updated for 2019, so please be sure to read the prospectus and Community Co-Located Best Practices + Event Guide - KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + Open Source Summit China 2019 thoroughly as we will not be able to accommodate changes to the event type once the contract is signed.

For 2019 we are offering four set packages. Due to the limited space, custom packages will not be available in the conference venue but you are welcome to find a different venue and we will promote your event for a flat fee of $2,500. See the prospectus above for further details. The packages are:
  • Package A - Classroom seating up to 50 attendees - $20,000
  • Package B - Theater seating up to 90 attendees - $23,000
  • Package C - Classroom seating up to 100 attendees - $25,000
  • Package D - Theater seating up to 200 attendees - $29,000
Each package includes:
  • Meeting space is designed in a classroom setup.
  • Access times include set-up from 16:00 - 18:00 the night prior + meeting space from 8:00 - 16:00 on the day of the event.
  • Conference Wi-Fi
  • Audio Visual (AV) Services: (1) projector, (1) screen, (1) wireless presenter, basic audio, (2) microphones
  • In-room AV technician for the duration of your event
  • Meeting room + wayfinding signage
  • The contact information of attendees registered: First name, last name, company, title, and email address
  • (1) lead retrieval scanner for managing onsite check-in
  • (1) KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + Open Source Summit Pass
  • All day water + coffee/tea service
  • On-site event management
  • Marketing and promotion featured placement on KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + Open Source Summit website and registration form
  • Managed event registration and fee collection, less credit card processing fees

Additional items can be ordered and paid for directly from the conference center:
  • Additional AV - a second screen, microphones, session recording, etc.
  • Dedicated internet - hardline or dedicated wifi
  • Catering - breaks, and lunch
  • Power - to each classroom table or a charging station in the back of the room
Link to a la carte items will be available shortly and added to the Event Guide.

Please complete the below request form for all event requests; space will be assigned in the order that requests are received. KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + Open Source Summit diamond and platinum sponsors will have space/package priority, followed by other requests in the order received.

All requests must be received 45 days prior to the start of the conference: Thursday, 9 May 2019. No late applications will be accepted.
