Three Rivers Development Foundation is leading a feasibility study for a multi-use trail to create opportunities for new outdoor assets, generate small-scale economic development along the corridor, improve safety, and enhance the overall quality-of-life in the region.
The proposed trail, stretching from Elmira to Corning, would be designed for cyclists, pedestrians, and other nonmotorized users. Understanding the experiences and interests of community members, like yourself, is vital to creating an actionable study that meets the needs and addresses the concerns of the community.
