Documentation of NIV/ CPAP across the MDT outside of Critical Care

This survey is designed to capture the data regarding correct documentation on positive pressure support (NIV and CPAP) outside of the critical care environment. Within our trust the Sleep & Ventilation team are reviewing the frequency/ volume of incorrect documentation of NIV and CPAP and we are curious as to whether other trusts experience this as well. We are asking people in trust to complete a similar survey to gain further understanding around their knowledge and documentation. We have begun implementing the HMViP sticker and are hoping that this alongside further education to the MDT outside of respiratory will help improve understanding and awareness of the types of positive pressure support and correct documentation.
Thank you.
