Question Title

* 1. READ ME, PART 1:
First, we'd like to share with everyone who is interested in applying what we will be offering to our sponsored riders/ambassadors and what we expect from them. We feel this is essential in finding our 'perfect' team, and will also help everyone know what they are applying for. This will not be a 'breezy' arrangement, we expect a lot from our sponsored riders and see this as similar to a part time job.

- WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR RIDERS -
~ You are a friendly, passionate rider that not only believes in our products but also isn't afraid to show them off and answer questions about them.
~ You are happy to wear our products out and about at clinics/shows/training/photoshoots etc
~ You can ensure that at least 60% of your social media posts include our products in them
~ You are happy to use our hashtags #iconiceq & #iconicequestrian, and are happy to tag @iconic_equestrian in all your posts regarding us.
(MUST HAVE A PUBLIC ACCOUNT OR FACEBOOK PAGE)
~ You are happy to write short/long reviews & happy to share videos of you or your horse in our products, work with photographers and overall just be up for anything promo related :)

Now for us to make sure you have read the above, please answer the following question that we have hidden in the Terms & Conditions.

FINISH THIS SENTENCE: This will not be a 'breezy' arrangement, we expect a lot from our sponsored riders and see this as similar to a _____

Question Title

* 2. READ ME, PART 2:
Also, we thought it best to explain the difference between a Sponsored Rider and an Ambassador, just to avoid confusion. We also thought it best to explain how we will be choosing our riders.

We have three levels of sponsorship, our highest is an Endorsed Rider (whom we only have one of) and is only available to people we approach (cannot be applied for).
Our second highest level is our Sponsored Riders, these riders receive a certain amount of free products for maximum exposure in both real-life and on social media, they also receive a discount on all products if they wish to purchase extras.
Our last level is our Ambassadors, these riders rep what they have already purchased, but still receive their own discount code (and perhaps the odd free gift if enough effort is shown).

One of our highest values as a business is reciprocation. Simply put, we give back what we receive and vice-versa. This means that if you put the effort in, we will reward you for your efforts. If you don't, we won't.

Now, how does our application process work?
We will be carrying out our application in three seperate stages. Stage 1 is this survey, where we will be collecting basic information from our applicants and making provisional decisions on whom we pick from there. Stage 2 will be a more thorough application survey which we will privately send out to our potential chosen applicants. Stage 3 (final stage) will be a text interview, where we have a one-on-one to determine if you will be a good fit for our team (and also decide your position on our team)

Please Note: These applications will not be read as any particular role, we will be picking Ambassadors/Sponsored Rider's ourselves. Please apply as you would any other application.
