Survey Intent: The intention of this survey is twofold. First, we aim to measure the internal diversity within the current DBIA NW members to create a benchmark as well as see changes in trends over time. The second purpose of this survey is to identify ways that the newly formed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee of the DBIA NW Region can bring meaningful content, discussions and educational material to DBIA members as we continually seek to enhance the diversity, inclusiveness and equity of our Region.
