At Connected Minds, interdisciplinary research is one of our key pillars for success, though developing an interdisciplinary research program can be both exciting and overwhelming. This workshop is led by recently promoted faculty members conducting interdisciplinary research, to share their tips and tricks for success with early career researchers and mid-career researchers on how to make career decisions that will maximize impact. While each research field has nuances, taking strategies from each presenter can prepare you with a multitude of approaches for developing your future tenure and promotion files.
