Attached Meetings Proposal

In the spirit of bringing people and organizations together in a congress to discuss and promote fire ecology and management, the Association for Fire Ecology (AFE) would like to invite any interested agencies and organizations to hold their own meetings in conjunction with the 5th International Congress. In a time of dramatically reduced or restricted budgets, AFE recognizes that it is difficult for those of us in the fire ecology and management field to justify travel to multiple conferences and meetings and we think that doubling up on travel is a fiscally responsible way to attend professional meetings.

Rooms are available from 6am to Midnight on Monday, 6pm-Midnight on Wednesday, and 1pm to 6pm on Friday. Rooms range in capacity from 10-200 will be available at no extra cost.
