Community Based Services Use & Recovery Survey

Substance use affects communities in many different ways — from individual health and family wellbeing to public safety, workforce participation, and local services. In order to better understand how substance use is impacting Cowley County, we are gathering perspectives from all community members — both those who have used substances and those who have not.
Your input will help us develop a clearer picture of what’s really happening in our neighborhoods — what’s working, what’s not, and what gaps need to be addressed. Whether you’ve experienced substance use personally, know someone who has, or have only observed its effects in the community, your voice matters.
This effort is part of a broader initiative to build a safer, healthier, and more informed community — one where we respond with understanding, support, and the right resources.
