A Quantitative Examination of the Relationship Between Organizational Commitment, Work-Life Balance and Voluntary Turnover Intention of Women Faculty in the STEM Disciplines
As a graduate student in the School of Business at Liberty University, I am conducting research as part of the requirements for a doctoral degree. The purpose of my research is to examine the relationship between organizational commitment (affective, continuance and normative), work-life balance and voluntary turnover intention of women faculty in the STEM disciplines. I am writing to invite you to participate in this study.
If you are a female faculty member in the STEM discipline in a college or university in the United States and you are willing to participate, you will be asked to provide demographic information and complete a survey consisting of 35 questions. It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete the survey. Your participation will be completely anonymous, and no personal, identifying information will be required.
