Co-operative and Mutual Enterprise (CME) Governance Principles Evaluation Tool

The purpose of this prototype Governance Principles Assessment Tool is to allow you to evaluate your co-operative and mutual enterprise (CME) in relation to the BCCM Co-operative and Mutual Enterprise (CME) Governance Principles (BCCM CMEGP) and the associated Notes for smaller mutuals and co-operatives.

This allows you to self-assess your CME's maturity against the BCCM CMEGP, outline steps to improve your CME's governance, and seek practical advice based on your results. Completion of the tool each year will allow for future benchmarking of results.

Please allow approximately one hour to complete the questions in the tool.

As this is a prototype, an additional question at the end of the survey seeks your feedback on how we can improve this tool for co-ops and mutuals.
