Module A for Pharmacist Applicants

This Module is required to be submitted with any new application for a Kansas pharmacist license. You must get at least 20 questions correct to pass, and include the date and time that you passed the Module on your LA-01 application submitted to the Kansas Board of Pharmacy. No certificates or CE credit will be given for completion.
