The Bronx Workforce1 is working with the NYC Mayors office in order to recruit for NYC Vaccines for all initiative.
Tech Support: $34 to $43 hourly(Approximately 6 months)
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for helping end users with the operation and functionality of the RSVP software to ensure smooth operations and customer service. They will help troubleshoot any technology issues with the app that arise. Position requires considerable physical movement both indoors and outdoors in order to meet and assist clients.
Qualifications:

- High School Diploma/ H.S.E
- High degree of proficiency, including using touchscreen tablets or iPads, web-based surveys, and two-way radios and troubleshooting technology challenges
- 1-3 Years experience in an IT capacity
Safety Monitor: $25 to $29 hourly(Approximately 6 months)
The Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring the POD for any safety issues or hazards and maintaining compliance with all COVID-19 protocols. The Safety Officer monitors the POD to ensure proper infection control is taking place, for example, that staff and clients are properly physically distanced, hand sanitizer is available where needed, staff and clients are wearing face masks, etc.,
Qualifications:

- Experience working in High stress situation
Flow Monitor: $25 to $29 hourly(Approximately 6 months)
The Flow Monitor is responsible for ensuring that clients are correctly directed through the vaccination site and given all available information. Flow Monitors work with the Language Access Manager and DAFN
(Disability, Access, and Functional Needs) Manager to ensure clients receive accommodations due to a disability, access, or functional need.
