2026 Papa's Pumpkin Patch Large Group or Corporate Reservation Request

COMPANY, REUNION, CHURCH, OR LARGE GROUP EVENTS

Businesses, associations and community groups know Papa’s is a unique fall location where everyone has a good time. From customer appreciation nights to family reunions or church potlucks, Papa’s will work with you to plan the perfect event you have in mind.
Available times: We schedule large group events (100+ guests) Monday-Friday between 4-7 pm. Saturdays and Sundays are also available pending shelter availability.
Food: You may bring your own food and beverage at no charge. Catering is also allowed. Papa’s has concessions if you prefer.

Reservations vary in time and must be made in advance. The cost for a group visit is $10/person plus shelter fees, for groups exceeding 100+ discount will apply. This pricing is unique to large group reservations only and not compatible with any other passes or discounts.

To reserve a day and time for your group visit, please complete this online form. Our team will then follow-up to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.

- My reservation request is not confirmed until I am contacted by a member of the Papa’s Pumpkin Patch team to confirm.

- The cost is $10 for each person in my group plus shelter rental (adults and children-- discounts for groups 100+). This pricing is unique depending on the size of your groups which will be reviewed and confirmed

- This reservation may be cancelled within 72 hours for a full refund, however I will be responsible for the cost of my group reservation if cancelled within 72 hours of my confirmed date and time or if my group does not show up. (weather accommodating)
