Our Mission: Mosaic Miami is a leading social impact organization that builds bridges and removes barriers to find common ground between diverse cultures, religions and races through meaningful conversations, transformational training and engaging programs.
Since 1946, Mosaic Miami has hosted the annual Humanitarian Silver Medallion Dinner, honoring outstanding leaders in Miami. Each dinner is an opportunity to come together and celebrate Miami's diversity, in appreciation of those who have helped to build a more welcoming inclusive, just, and cooperative society.

The following form is designed to assist the Silver Medallion Nomination Committee in evaluating nominees for the 2027 Silver Medallion. Please provide complete and thoughtful information that presents a comprehensive picture of the nominee’s achievements, contributions, and impact, and why they are deserving of this distinguished honor.
