The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) is collecting information to help to strengthen the department’s early warning, awareness, education and outreach efforts while also helping to identify the most effective communication platform(s).

The questions are about what you know about hazards/disasters based on information disseminated from the DDM using various communication platforms. Your answers are confidential and cannot be linked back to you. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may decline to answer any specific question or completely refuse to participate.

The survey should take about 15 minutes of your time and you will not be contacted in the future.

We would greatly appreciate your help in responding to these questions so that we can improve public awareness of hazard safety information.
