The customer service agents would receive incoming calls from customers with questions or problems related to company services. Representatives would empathize with customers who are unhappy or angry and provide answers to questions and solutions to problems. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls within prescribed time limits and performance standards, utilizing complex Internet and software platforms while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Scheduling: Company operates 7 days/wk, 365 days/yr
• Position is full-time, minimum of 37.5 hrs weekly
• Shift work is required, which could include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• You’ll get 2 days off per week if scheduled for 8 hours. Off days might not be consecutive
• Work schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance
• Schedules flex, and you will get a start time 7 days/wk. On scheduled days, you can flex up to 90 minutes after your start time. For example, if your start time is 9AM, then you could start work between 9 and 10:30AM that day
• Breaks: 60 minute unpaid lunch and 2 15-minute paid breaks
• 2 shift bids a year. Agents are required to participate in a shift bid. Agents ranked according to their performance and requested to preference available shifts

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Demonstrated customer service and oral communications skills
• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Good knowledge of PCs, Windows and the Internet
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Readiness to up-sell products and services
Work Environment: Working from home will require you to be at your computer with no interaction except for the incoming calls that you receive from your computer for up to 6 hours at a time. The perception that needs to be given is that you are working in a call center, not at home.
• Approx. 15-20 associates report to a Team Leader
• Calls received via a headset
• Calls monitored for quality purposes
Computer Requirements:
• 2.8 GHZ Processor
• 1GB of RAM for Windows XP users / 2 GB of RAM for Vista users
• 12 GB of Available hard drive space
• Windows 7 is compatible
Connectivity Requirement:
• Cable or DSL high-speed Internet connection
Training:
You will be in a virtual classroom for 3 weeks with approx 20-30 employees with one instructor. You will then be in virtual transition training for 2 weeks with extra coaching, taking calls. It is important that you don’t miss any training time. Absences in training may result in termination of employment. Training must be completed successfully; progress is determined through performance assessments.
