One benefit that we are updating with your purchase of a vendor booth at next year's exposition is changing the three full conference registrations for your booth representatives (per exhibit booth purchase) to include a lunch and dinner meal ticket option for the exposition. Based on our experience, nearly all vendor booth representatives only attend the afternoon exposition event. Would this updated vendor exposition benefit be of value to your exhibit booth representatives?

KAC and the Exposition's Premiere Sponsors focused our efforts this year to create a signature dinner event experience for exhibitors and county attendee participants between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (bar open/close times) to allow for one-on-one networking opportunities in a fun relaxing environment. We'd like to know your thoughts on this dinner event experience. As an exhibitor, did your booth representatives eat dinner and participate in the networking activities with county attendees?

Currently, exhibitors set up on large equipment spaces the day before exposition in the morning (8-10 a.m.) and standard (tabletop type) booths are set up on the day prior to the exposition in the evening (4-8 p.m.) or on the morning of the exposition day (8 a.m.-12 p.m.). The exposition hours are from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tear down/departure for all standard booths and large equipment spaces is from 7-11 p.m. following the exposition.
