Keep America Beautiful is the iconic national nonprofit organization that inspires and educates people to take action every day to improve and beautify their community environment.  We envision a country where every community is a clean, green, and beautiful place to live.

A pioneer in establishing the national Keep America Beautiful Affiliate Network, William (Bill) Nash worked tirelessly with community leaders across the country.  The Keep America Beautiful William Nash National Award recognizes a new Keep America Beautiful affiliate (completed affiliation within the last three years) for its outstanding achievement in implementing the Keep America Beautiful Behavior-Change System in their community.

How to Nominate an Affiliate: Any affiliate certified in the past three years that has demonstrated the aforementioned achievements is eligible to either self-nominate or be nominated.
Judging: A winner will be selected by a volunteer panel of current and past affiliate and Keep America Beautiful leaders, and when applicable Keep America Beautiful National Staff.  Applications from affiliates who are not in Good Standing with Keep America Beautiful will not be considered.  Judges may request additional materials. A winner will be notified by Dec. 1, 2017.  The Award will be presented at Keep America Beautiful's Annual National Conference January 17-19, 2018 in Dallas, TX.
