EMS Section Survey - Impacts of new Central Registry, EMT and Paramedic Licensing system April 2026

The implementation of the new EMT Central Registry and Paramedic licensing process by EMSA on April 1st has created some challenges for the Calif Fire Service. If you, your dept or your personnel have been impacted by the new system/process, please complete the survey as this is an attempt to identify and quantify the scope of issues/ impacts we have encountered. A Teams Meeting will also be scheduled for Tuesday 5/12/26 @4pm to discuss the issues. Contact Kthompson@nbfd.net if you do not receive an email with the meeting link.
