1. Who is eligible?

We are celebrating women of all ranks and titles that have an impact in the industry.

For the Outstanding Woman in Hospitality, Outstanding Woman in Travel and Tourism, and Outstanding Woman in Destination Tourism awards, we are recognizing the achievement of women who are leading teams. Women that receive these awards will have 5 or more years of executive experience.

For the Lifetime Achievement in Travel and Tourism award, we are looking for a proven leader in the industry that has at least 10 years of experience in an executive role.

For the Rising Star in Travel and Tourism award, we are recognizing achievement and potential for women early in their career who are making a significant contribution. Successful candidates will have not yet reached a senior-level position.

For the Outstanding Mentor in Travel and Tourism award, we are looking for an executive who actively promotes the advancement of women into leadership roles. This award is also open to men that advocate for the advancement of women in the industry.
