IMA Campus Advocate Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the IMA Campus Advocate Program. Please complete the information in this form to be considered for the program. We ask that you discuss taking on this responsibility with your dean or department chair before submitting the application. If you are selected as the Campus Advocate for your instruction, you will receive further information within two to three weeks.
