Please submit your nominations for the best South Carolina state agency publications from 2025.

From these nominations, we will select final candidates for the 2025 Notable State Documents Awards. Judges who are asked to participate will select at least ten winners from among the final candidates. All state agency publications released during 2025 are eligible for nomination, as are agency websites, videos, and apps. Agency representatives may also nominate their own publications. The deadline for submissions is December 31, 2025.
