Please submit your nominations for the best South Carolina state agency publications from 2026.

From these nominations, we will select final candidates for the 2026 Notable State Documents Awards. Judges who are asked to participate will select at least ten winners from among the final candidates. All state agency publications released during 2026 are eligible for nomination, as are agency websites, videos, and apps. Agency representatives may also nominate their own publications. The deadline for submissions is December 31, 2026.

We accept nominations provided to us in the following formats: PDF, print copies, or URL. If your nomination is in MP3 format or if you have any questions, please send an email with the subject headline "NSD Nomination" to the email address statedocuments@statelibrary.sc.gov. You may skip questions that do not apply.
