2023 Transportation Survey

Note: This survey is for parents of students who utilize district transportation. As you may know, school districts across the country are struggling with worker shortages in a number of areas. We have had our own struggles with shortages here in Lapeer, including bus transportation. With that in mind, we want to get your feedback as we seek to keep the disruption of our bus route cancellations to a minimum. As we prepare for the potential of more cancellations, we would like your feedback on how the cancellations are made. Currently, we cancel routes as soon as we determine we are short (generally very early in the morning). This requires that parents scramble to make transportation plans for students for the same day. Since we know this is a hardship for many, we want to provide a couple more options.
