Roper Hospital Gingerbread House Contest

Pick up your decorating kit from Food & Nutrition Café on Friday, Dec. 6

RULES 
1.    Decorating must be done by teammates in your unit or department. 

2.    ONLY edible materials can used. Edible pieces may be added to the original pieces in/on your house. Entries will be disqualified if non-edible pieces are used on the structure of your gingerbread house. Accessory items in the yard or surrounding the house do not have to be edible. Be creative as you want to be.

3.    Gingerbread houses must be dropped off in the Irene Dixon Auditorium on Thursday, Dec. 19 between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m.

4.    In order to enter the contest, each unit must collect 30 or more non-perishable food items. These items will be donated to the Low Country Food Bank.  Please bring your donation at the time you bring your entry.

5.    On the contest day, administrators will vote between noon and 2 p.m.

6.    The qualifying gingerbread house with the most votes will win a pizza party (up to six pizzas and valid through January 2020).

7.    Any department donating 50 or more non-perishable food items will be eligible to win a pizza party for their department or unit (up to three pizzas and valid through January 2020).
