The Innovation Theater Application process is as follows:

1) Please complete this SurveyMonkey form to submit your proposal for the Innovation Theater at ACR Convergence 2025 after reviewing the 2025 Innovation Theater Guidelines.

2) The due date for the application is April 23, 2025.

3) Slot assignments will not begin until the week of April 24th - 30th, when LOA's will be generated and sent for signature.

4) LOA's must be signed and returned within 30 days. Failure to return will result in the loss of the presentation slot.

5) If any slots remain after the initial round of assignments, they will be available at a first come, first served basis. Multiple theater slots will be approved on a case-by-case basis by show management, and only once everyone who has applied has secured one slot.

ACR will review all complete proposals and reserves the right to reject topics, formats, or materials deemed inappropriate.

Final content (Title, Description, Speaker Information) is due no later than July 18th, 2025. A collector for this information will be provided.

Application submitted by the April 23rd deadline will be assigned a time slot based on the following criteria:
  • Foundation Corporate Roundtable membership benefits by the time of assignment
  • Number of priority points
  • Date/time order the application is received
Any applications that come in after the 4/23 deadline will be assigned in the order in which the application is received.

* 7. I would like to add the Innovation Theater Upgrade Package for an additional $15,000, which includes all of the following:
  • Livestream of the session into supporting company’s booth (via Vimeo link) MUST HAVE AT LEAST 20x20 EXHIBIT SPACE
  • Pre-scheduled, 30-minute rehearsal on the afternoon of Friday, October 24 (day before show open)
  • One complimentary pre-registration mailing list for distribution to a licensed/bonded mail house or printer, for one-time use by the sponsoring organization, for issuing invitations to your theater presentation
  • A session recording (.mp4) within a week of the conclusion of the meeting (The standard package is speaker audio along with the presentation slides - to add on camera/video, you can coordinate ordering for additional expense from OnServices)

  • Full payment is due within sixty days of LOA signature, no later than June 30, 2025.
  • Any cancellations after June 30, 2025, will owe the full 100%.
