THE BOARD OF EDUCATION IS ASKING FOR INPUT FROM PARENTS, COMMUNITY MEMBERS, STUDENTS, AND STAFF REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT.  THIS SURVEY ASKS RESPONDENTS TO ASSIGN A RATING TO THE FIVE (5) PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE COMPONENTS OF THE MICHIGAN ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL BOARDS SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION TOOL.  IF YOU DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION TO ASSIGN A RATING TO A COMPONENT, PLEASE CLICK "NA" FOR THAT COMPONENT.  EACH COMPONENT ALSO HAS A SECTION FOR RESPONDENTS TO LEAVE A COMMENT IF THEY WISH.  ALL RESPONSES ARE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS.
