Dogs of War & Peace Exhibit Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help with the Dogs of War & Peace exhibit! Please complete the below form for each individual working with you. Please note that all Lakeside volunteers need to complete a background check before volunteering and volunteers for this exhibit must be 18 years of age or older. After signing up, we will be in touch with additional information on completing the background check and details about your volunteer assignment. Thank you!

3.Did you complete a volunteer background check with Lakeside in 2025 or 2026? If you're unsure, let us know and we can check. (Background checks are valid for five years.)
4.Viewing Hours (2 volunteers needed for each shift)
5.Do you have any concerns or limitations with performing certain tasks? Ex: lifting, kneeling, walking long distances, etc.
