The Team Program Manager will turn strategy into clear, trackable plans and coordinate priorities across Engineering, Product, Programs, and Marketing. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on team-wide priorities, dependencies, planning, and reporting. The remaining 30% is dedicated to go-to-market coordination, ensuring launches, channels, and campaigns stay aligned and on schedule.What You Will Do Own the annual priorities roadmap, aligning owners, milestones, dependencies, and timelines across teams. Drive GTM coordination across launches, channel readiness, campaigns, and cross-functional dependencies. Build operational rigor through program plans, dashboards, reporting rhythms, and a shared program calendar. Identify risks and dependencies early, escalate trade-offs, and keep priorities moving with speed. Provide clear progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Strengthen team operating rhythms and accountability across a highly matrixed organization. Coordinate with adjacent Intuit teams and surface opportunities for collaboration. Turn scattered inputs into a clear point of view and drive execution against the plan. What You Will Bring 5+ years of program management experience driving complex, cross-functional programs. Experience coordinating GTM, launches, campaigns, or channel operations across Product, Engineering, Programs, and Marketing. Strong ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and build structure from the ground up. Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority. Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills. A data-driven, detail-oriented approach to decision-making.
