Child Welfare Data Collection Survey

We are collecting this information for the Métis Family Centered Program to learn more about Métis families who have had contact with Children’s Aid Societies. Right now, the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) does not have much information about Métis families, children, or youth involved in the child welfare system. Your participation is completely voluntary. Everything you share will be kept private and confidential.

By sharing this information, you are helping the MNO understand how Métis families experience the child welfare system and what kinds of supports are needed across the province. The information will be used to improve programs and advocate for better supports and changes for Métis families, children, and youth.

Please note: This survey is designed to collect information on citizens in Regions 2-9.
