ONE PARISH ONE PRISONER CHURCH MUGSHOT

We are interested in understanding the impacts of your church’s participation in the One Parish One Prisoner program. Thank you for taking a few minutes to answer a number of questions about you, your beliefs, and your faith-based practices. All information will be kept confidential and used to help evaluate and improve the program.
