Then either you deserve a GOLD Medal for your management or you cheated!

If you answered yes to 3-4
Then you deserve a SILVER Medal, but should consider getting some expert mentoring to help you achieve your absolute potential.

If you answered yes to 4-6
Then you are a BRONZE medal winner. Perhaps you are new to management and need some specialist handholding in key areas. Managers are not all born great, but can become much better with practice and support.

If you answered yes to more than 6 questions
Then you will already know that you are not in the right race. Perhaps you should consider changing to something that uses your other strengths. Maybe you're a great techie or sales person?
